Can I change my asking rate while I am being matched with a client?
No. Not while you are in the middle of the matching process. During your interviews with the WorkStaff360 Team (before you get endorsed to Matching), you would have settled on your asking rate. It’s important to be honest about how much your rate is. If you get hired and do a good job, you may be able to get a higher rate because we do regular performance reviews.
Are the rates different for each partner?
We discuss rates during your interview with the WorkStaff360 Team. However, we performance reviews so that you have a chance to get paid more if you do your job well.
What are the benefits of WorkStaff360?

How do I get paid?
We use multiple payment gateways such as PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer for processing payroll.
