How Do I Get Paid?
We use different platforms including Paypal, Payoneer, and Wise accounts for payments.
How Often Do I Get Paid?
WorkStaff360 payouts happen fortnightly (every second Friday). We refer to HubStaff logs to make sure that everyone’s hours are correct and associated with the appropriate cost center, wherein payroll is based.
When do I start getting Paid?
You start getting paid the day you get onboard with your client.
How You Handle Pay Disputes?
We don’t have complicated processes in place to handle salary disputes. It’s simply a matter of checking your HubStaff logs for accuracy, requesting manual edits in your WorkStaff360 as needed, and communicating with your line manager to let them know of your salary issues.
What should I do if I notice an error in my payment?
Report any payment errors to our Payroll Team as soon as possible for prompt correction.
