Do you offer part-time work?
Yes, we offer part-time positions. Please specify your job preferences clearly in your application to ensure we match you with suitable opportunities.
Is there an age limit to apply?
No, there is no age limit to apply for the job positions we offer. If we have limitations, we will mention them in the Job Description to let you know.
How much is your starting rate?
Our starting rates at Workstaff360 are market-competitive, reflecting your expertise and experience. We encourage open discussions regarding your rate before proceeding to the Client Endorsement Interview for mutual satisfaction.

Do you have non-voice roles?
Yes, we offer non-voice roles as well. But if you’re only interested in non-voice roles and aren’t open to occasional voice tasks, WorkStaff360 may not be the best fit. We expect adaptability, including participation in meetings and handling calls when necessary, as communication is essential to our team culture.
What are your company's benefits?

What is the required work experience?
All of our jobs require a minimum experience of one year. The required experience may vary between industries therefore, it will always be mentioned in the job description.
What is your payout process and schedule?
Payroll is processed every other week. Essentially, you work for two weeks, and on the third week, you get paid. We typically use different platforms, meaning you can connect your Paypal, Payoneer, or Wise accounts. Payment processing always takes place by Friday of the following week. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying any taxes under the laws of the country you live in.
Are your job placements on-site, remote, or a mix of both?
As we are a Virtual Staffing Company, We only offer remote jobs. We don’t offer on-site or hybrid jobs.
Will WorkStaff360 provide me with tools & equipment if I am hired?
No. Applicants should already have the tools & equipment that meet our minimum requirements before applying.
Can I still apply even if I don't meet the hardware requirements?
Ideally, you should not apply. Because we will not accept your application if any of the required hardware is not met, so why would you waste your time and energy?
What will my work schedule be if I get placed on a WorkStaff360 client?
There is no fixed schedule for WorkStaff360 Assistants because we have clients from multiple time zones. Most of our clients have companies based in the United States and operate between 8 am-6 pm either in the East Coast US time zone (EST) or the Pacific Coast US time zone (PST). We also have a few clients in the AU (AST/AEDT) and UK (GMT/BST) time zones. Therefore, your schedule will depend on the client you are working for. However, some clients offer more flexible work schedules but that depends on the nature of the work they’re hiring for. If you have limits or preferences on your work schedule, let us know in your application. It may take longer to find you a great fit if/after you pass the interview process.
In which industries do your clients typically operate, and how might this affect the roles you offer?
We provide our services for multiple industries including real estate, automotive, solar sales, healthcare, customer service, and many more. Since the customer experience (CX) industry is diverse, our clients come from various sectors, including eCommerce, B2B, SaaS, and small businesses. This variety means that job duties can differ significantly from one client to another. Additionally, we also support roles in sales, administration, bookkeeping, and graphic design.
What are the minimum computer/connectivity requirements for a remote position with WorkStaff360?

We require all of the following or better:

  • CPU: At least i3 or AMD Ryzen 3. For Mac devices, at least a 2012 model or newer.
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Operating System: PC – Windows 10 or the latest, MacOS – Catalina 10.5 or the latest
  • Internet: Stable ping 80 ms or less, 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Working webcam with decent video quality
